Terms: Net 30 days with approved credit.

Minimum Orders: $25.00 on stock items, $50.00 on Custom orders.

First Order: C.O.D. or credit card only.

Custom Orders: Innovative Acrylic Design (IAD) urges persons submitting drawings or blueprints for fabrication to make their own determination as to the designs suitability for their particular application. IAD is not responsible for any problems arising from inadequate designs submitted by the customer to us for fabrication.

Shipping and Delivery: All shipments are F.O.B. our McHenry, IL warehouse or shipping point. United Parcel Service will be used whenever possible. A handling fee is added to freight charge to cover box and packaging material.

Volume Orders: For large quantity orders pleases call for a custom quote. Product Specifications: Dimensions are functional and intended to represent general characteristics of the products. IAD will not be responsible for tolerance variation on material thicknesses.

Damaged Shipment: We take every precaution to insure safe arrival, but our responsibility ends when shipment is turned over to the carrier (UPS, Truck, etc.). If a shipment is damaged when you receive it, insist on a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE you accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim.

Return Policy: Unless our error, stock items may not be returned without our written permission. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number. Your shipment may be refused if an authorization has not been obtained. Any authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and in salable condition to be accepted for return. A 25% restocking charge will be made. All returned merchandise must be shipped insured and freight prepaid. All claims must be made 10 days from date of invoice.
